The Fremont County Department of Public Health & Environment is proud to announce the 2025 Fremont County Cleanup Campaign, designed to help county residents properly dispose of household waste and improve our community environment.
Free vouchers will be available for Fremont County residents outside city limits for the disposal of household trash, furniture, construction debris, brush, logs, leaves, and yard waste.
This campaign aims to reduce illegal dumping and promote proper waste management throughout our community. Taking advantage of this program helps keep our county clean and protects our local environment for future generations.
Important information about the voucher program:
- Each voucher is good for up to 500 pounds of waste disposal
- Additional waste over 500 pounds costs $55 per ton
- Only one voucher per driver's license with valid county address
- Vouchers are accepted at Twin Enviro/Apex Waste Solutions "Phantom Landfill"
- The landfill closes during high winds (please call ahead if unsure)

What to Expect
Residents can dispose of various types of waste through this program:
- Accepted Materials
Household trash, furniture, construction debris, brush, logs, leaves, and yard waste. - Voucher Limitations
Each voucher covers up to 500 pounds of waste. Additional waste is charged at $55 per ton. - Identification Required
You must present a driver's license with a valid Fremont County address outside city limits.
